We are confident in the performance of our probiotic solutions. However, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item if you are not entirely satisfied.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
Easy Returns Process
Simply email our dedicated support team at support@eforbiotech.co.uk with your order number. We will provide a pre-paid return label (the cost of which may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty).
